Green Machine Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water/milk

  • 1 cup kale/baby spinach

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon protein powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Method:

  1. Add ingredients to a blender and blitz on high until smooth.
