Banana Egg Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 banana
1-2 eggs
Optional extras: Grated veggies, cinnamon, vanilla, bone broth
Toppings: Sweet (nuts, seeds, fruit, yogurt) or savoury (spinach, mushrooms etc.)
Method:
Mash banana in a bowl. Add eggs and whisk together.
Add butter to a frypan. Cook like a pancake until egg is just cooked.
Serve plain or add toppings.
