Chia Oat Pudding
Ingredients:
3-4 tablespoons chia seeds
½ cup oats
1 cup milk or yogurt or water (or a mix)
Optional extras: Grated apple, vanilla, cinnamon, protein powder
Toppings: Nuts/seeds, nut butter, fruit, granola
Method:
Place chia seeds, oats, milk or yogurt in jar/container, mix well, cover and refrigerate.
Leave for minimum 10 mins, preferably overnight.
To serve, add toppings of choice.
