Chia Oat Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 tablespoons chia seeds

  • ½ cup oats

  • 1 cup milk or yogurt or water (or a mix)

  • Optional extras: Grated apple, vanilla, cinnamon, protein powder

  • Toppings: Nuts/seeds, nut butter, fruit, granola

Method:

  1. Place chia seeds, oats, milk or yogurt in jar/container, mix well, cover and refrigerate.

  2. Leave for minimum 10 mins, preferably overnight.

  3. To serve, add toppings of choice.
