Nutrient Dense Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs

  • 1/4 cup bone broth (or 1 tablespoon Gevity Rx Body Glue)

  • Optional: A splash of soured cream (i.e. fermented cream) or milk

Method:

  1. Whisk ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Add butter to a frypan. Cook eggs on medium heat until done.
