Berry Chia Jam

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen berries (use any berry or a mix)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • Optional extras: Honey or coconut/rapadura sugar to taste and/or 2 tsp vanilla essence.

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and heat on low until the berries are soft.

  2. Place in a jar and store in the fridge.
