Berry Chia Jam
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen berries (use any berry or a mix)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Juice of ½ lemon
Optional extras: Honey or coconut/rapadura sugar to taste and/or 2 tsp vanilla essence.
Method:
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and heat on low until the berries are soft.
Place in a jar and store in the fridge.
