Meady Mite (aka Vegemite)

Ingredients:

  • 70g black tahini paste (or just grind black sesame seeds)

  • 50g tamari sauce

  • 5g (1 tablespoon) nutritional yeast flakes

  • 5g (1 teaspoon) apple cider vinegar

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Place in a glass jar and store in fridge.
