Meady Mite (aka Vegemite)
Ingredients:
70g black tahini paste (or just grind black sesame seeds)
50g tamari sauce
5g (1 tablespoon) nutritional yeast flakes
5g (1 teaspoon) apple cider vinegar
Method:
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Place in a glass jar and store in fridge.
