Miso Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon miso paste

  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce (or tamari)

  • 1cm ginger root, peeled

  • 1 red chilli, deseeded

  • ¼ cup peanut butter

  • ¼ water (filtered)

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Place in a glass jar and store in fridge.
