Miso Peanut Sauce
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon miso paste
3 tablespoons rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce (or tamari)
1cm ginger root, peeled
1 red chilli, deseeded
¼ cup peanut butter
¼ water (filtered)
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Place in a glass jar and store in fridge.
