Kale Chips

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch kale

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method:

  1. Roughly tear kale into bite size pieces (removing thick stems) and add to baking tray.

  2. Add oil and salt and toss to coat.

  3. Bake at 150C for 20-30 minutes or until edges start to brown.
