Kale Chips
Ingredients:
1 bunch kale
1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil
1 teaspoon salt
Method:
Roughly tear kale into bite size pieces (removing thick stems) and add to baking tray.
Add oil and salt and toss to coat.
Bake at 150C for 20-30 minutes or until edges start to brown.
