Popcorn

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup popcorn kernels

  • 1 tablespoon butter or coconut oil

  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add popcorn kernels and butter/oil to a saucepan (covered) and cook on medium heat.

  2. When the kernels begin to pop, shimmy the pot carefully to cook to them evenly.

  3. Continue until the popping sounds slows/stops and immediately pour into a serving bowl.

  4. Add salt to taste.
