Popcorn
Ingredients:
1/4 cup popcorn kernels
1 tablespoon butter or coconut oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Add popcorn kernels and butter/oil to a saucepan (covered) and cook on medium heat.
When the kernels begin to pop, shimmy the pot carefully to cook to them evenly.
Continue until the popping sounds slows/stops and immediately pour into a serving bowl.
Add salt to taste.
