2-Ingredient Flat Bread
Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt
1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
Method:
Mix flour and yogurt in a bowl until combined. Add more flour if needed until the dough starts to form into a ball.
Tip the dough onto a floured surface and knead with your hands for a minute or two. If the dough is too sticky, add some more flour. The dough is ready when it is able to hold its shape and is not sticking to your hands or the surface.
Divide into 6 even parts then use a rolling pin to roll out into rounds (about 12cm wide and 2-3mm thick).
Heat a frying pan on medium heat. Once the pan is hot, add a flatbread and cook each side for 20-30 seconds, until cooked through and covered in brown spots. Repeat with the remaining flatbread.
