Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Optional: 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Method:
Drain and rinse chickpeas and pat them dry with a tea towel or paper towel.
Place chickpeas on a lined baking tray and drizzle with oil and spices (if using). Mix well to coat.
Arrange chickpeas in a single layer and place baking tray in the oven.
Bake for about 40-50 minutes at 200C (stirring every 15 minutes) or until chickpeas are dry and crispy to touch.
