Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

  • 1/3 cup preferred liquid sweetener (i.e. brown rice syrup, maple syrup, honey)

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Use directly in another recipe or pour into moulds and freeze.

    Note: For the moulds, you can use an ice cube tray or a container/baking tray lined with baking paper.

Variations:

  • Sea salt, coconut, vanilla, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, peanut butter, chilli etc.
